Processing Time

Orders are blended, bottled, and packed with care. Please allow one to five days for processing before shipment. During launches and holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery times

  • Domestic (US): Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. Please refer to the shipping email for current shipping and delivery.

  • International: coming soon!

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived after 48 hours from the ship date, email tokenapothecary@gmail.com and include your order number.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Entered the wrong address? Email tokenapothecary@gmail.com within 48 hours of ordering—after dispatch we can’t reroute. If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We’ll help file a claim with the carrier when we can. For damage, email tokenapothecary@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the box and items. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.

Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

Pre-order ship windows are noted on the product page. Orders containing pre-orders ship together unless you purchase items separately.

Packaging & Sustainability

We ship in minimal, protective packaging. Please reuse or recycle where possible. Refill pouches help cut glass waste—thank you for choosing them.
