Within these notes are the oils I trust most. Each one has earned its place through years of testing, tending, and ritual use. Together, they form the foundation of Token’s body oils—a blend meant to feel like a haven for your skin.
Entry No. 1 - Jojoba Oil
Closest to the skin itself, jojoba is not truly an oil but a liquid wax. I’ve always trusted it for balance—it disappears quickly, leaving skin soft but never heavy. It reminds me that sometimes the gentlest touch is the strongest foundation.
Entry No. 2 - Argan Oil
The golden oil of the desert. Argan carries with it centuries of care, whispered through hands that pressed and poured before me. It smooths what is rough, strengthens what feels fragile, and always leaves behind a quiet glow.
Entry No. 3 - Sunflower Oil
Bright and steady as its namesake, sunflower oil brings lightness to the blend. It’s the oil I reach for when skin feels weary or sensitive, as if its very nature is to soothe and restore.
Entry No. 4 - Castor Oil
Thick, protective, almost stubborn—castor oil is the anchor. It lingers where others fade, sealing in what is precious. A small amount changes everything, adding depth and weight to the whole.
Entry No. 5 - Mango Butter
A mistake turned into magic. The day mango butter slipped into my body oil by accident, I discovered something rare: softness that lasts, skin that feels alive, hair that refuses to break. What began as chance is now tradition.
Entry No. 6 - Vitamin E
The quiet guardian. Invisible but ever-present, it protects and preserves. I think of it as the keeper of time within each bottle—extending the life of the oils, and in turn, the ritual itself.
